Every couple has a story.
Not just the day they say “I do”, but the years, moments and people that led them there.

My approach to wedding films is inspired by documentary filmmaking. Rather than simply capturing the events of the day and producing a generic style wedding film, I create films that tell the story of your relationship - we will weave interviews with you both and the people who know you best with your own footage from across the years, beautifully telling the story of how you met, the funny stories that didn’t make the speeches, the life you’ve built together and what the future holds.

The result is a film that feels deeply personal, humorous, emotional and timeless.

There are 2 types of wedding film you can choose from, or we can make something entirely bespoke:

  1. Love Story Film -

This is the one couples show at the wedding.

Description:

A short documentary about your relationship - perfect for screening during your wedding celebration.

Before the wedding, I spend time with you filming relaxed interviews about how you met, your life together and the moments that shaped your relationship. These stories are woven together with photographs, home videos and beautifully filmed moments to create a heartfelt and often humorous film about your journey as a couple.

Many couples choose to screen their Love Story Film during the speeches or evening reception, allowing family and friends to laugh, cry and learn more about the story behind the day.

Typical length: 5–10 minutes

2. Wedding Documentary

True documentary storytelling of your love story and the big day.

Description:

A more in-depth film that tells the full story of your wedding with the creative hand of a documentary filmmaker - from the relationship that brought you together to the celebration itself.

The film may include interviews with the couple before the wedding, archive photographs and footage, and beautifully observed moments from the wedding day itself.

Interviews with family and friends can also be included, creating a richer portrait of the people and relationships that surround you.

The result is a thoughtful, cinematic documentary that captures not only the day, but the meaning behind it.

Typical length:

10–20 minutes.
